• Zip Codes - Express Shipping Service only accepts the first 5 digits of a Zip Code. 9-digit Zip Codes are used for Post Office Boxes and are not relevant for express shipping.
• Recipient Phone Number - Express Shipping Service requires entering 10 straight digits. Avoid additional characters such as dashes or parentheses.
• Shipping Weight - Express Shipping Service requires a whole number rounded up to the next highest number. Avoid fractional weights. (Ex. 10.5 lbs.)
